Medical technology & equipment support

The medical
systems behind
your facility.

We consult, source, deliver, install and support the imaging, surgical and monitoring systems your clinical teams work with — so the room is ready and correct before the first case starts.

Where our systems are used

Departments and rooms we cover.

Imaging suite, operating room, recovery and transport. This is the part of a facility a patient never sees: the systems a department depends on, and the people who make sure each one is installed, commissioned and working on the day it is needed.

RM OrthoMed does not provide clinical care. We do not diagnose, treat or recommend a procedure. Your clinical team selects the system; we source, deliver, install and support it. For clinical questions, speak to your physician.

Equipment readiness target

The working target for a confirmed unit to be tested, documented and staged for delivery.

1DAY

Standard response promise

Our promise on any request that reaches equipment support during operating hours — including documentation and coverage questions.

DIRECT

Local equipment support

A named local contact for the department, not a call-centre queue. The same person who commissioned the unit answers the phone about it.

Product & system coverage

Systems we supply, install and support.

Availability is quoted against a confirmed install date rather than a general catalogue. The families below describe what we distribute — your department's specification determines what actually ships.

Operational process

Four stages, every unit.

The same sequence runs for a scanner install and a replacement bedside monitor. Only the clock changes.

01 Specify

Read the requirement

We work from the room, the workload and the department's own specification, not from a standing catalogue.

Confirmed configuration

02 Source

Inspect the unit

Units are drawn from held stock or ordered against the confirmed date, then function-tested with their accessories before dispatch.

03 Deliver

Get it into the room

Delivered to the facility's receiving point, moved to the room and installed, with chain of custody recorded at handover.

Equipment support, by role.

Clinical staff are credentialed to the facility, not to us — so this page lists the RM OrthoMed roles a department manager, biomedical engineer or purchasing lead actually calls. Named profiles publish once each contact is confirmed.

Outcome reporting

What we measure — and what we will not claim.

Clinical outcomes belong to the clinical team, not to a supplier. What we can be measured on is service: whether the unit arrived complete, on time, documented, and whether anything had to be chased. Those four figures publish here once the reporting period closes and the numbers are signed off.

Facility and biomedical-department quotes publish here once written consent is on file. We will not write them ourselves.

Inquiries & access

Tell us what you need.

Leave your details and what you are looking for. We come back inside one working day with what we hold, what we would need to order, and whether your facility sits inside a served territory.

Inquiry received.

Equipment support has your inquiry and will come back within one working day. If it is urgent, call (623) 698-3776 instead.

Purchasing and billing

RM OrthoMed bills the facility, not the patient. Equipment reaches a department through its own capital or service budget, so pricing, terms and approval sit with your purchasing function — not with us. Quotes are issued against a written specification.

How units are supplied

Capital purchase, planned replacement and service-only engagements are all supported. We do not publish price lists here, because a figure without the configuration behind it is not a quote.

For biomedical teams

If your department maintains its own estate, the territory service manager can confirm which parts and units are held locally and what lead time a planned replacement needs.

If a unit is down now

Call the support line rather than using this form. Have the model and serial number ready — equipment support can confirm whether a replacement is held locally and who is attending.

Next step

Book the consultation.

Tell us the facility and the room. We will come back inside one working day with what we hold, what we would need to order, and who your local contact would be.
